We could all always use some motivation – especially when it comes to the very worst of a healthy lifestyle – the eating.
Like most fitness fanatics I know, the whole clean eating thing is the struggle. We happily spend hours at the gym chiseling away at our arms and pushing ourselves through brutal leg days. And we love it.
Yet put us in front of a box of Girl Scout cookies and our fit-or-die mentality is thrown to the wind. For example, I scarfed down an entire box of tagalongs after a perfect day of clean eating and hitting the gym twice. So yeah, the eating part is the hardest!
Unfortunately, the eating part is also the most important. after all, abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym. And we app want fantastic abs, don’t we??
