Indonesia: Bali Monkey Forest

I hate, hate, hate monkeys. I loved them when I was little, but once I came face-to-face with a gang of snarling, wild ones in Cambodia, I changed my mind. Now, I hate them. Those cute little buggahs are mean.

My fiance, however, adores monkeys. So much that he refused to listen to me when I tried convincing him that they’re direct spawns of the devil himself. On our trip to Bali, Indonesia, we ended up at the monkey forest. Monkeys, monkeys, everywhere!

See? He's practically calling them over to him. eek.

He still loves monkeys, even after one used his fangs (yeah, they have fangs) to pierce my water bottle before we even entered the park. Later on at a different temple, one stole my slipper and proceeded to eat it on top of a roof. Stupid monkeys.

Anyways, enjoy the pictures! If you’re ever in Southeast Asia, watch out for these evil little gremlins.

Happy Travels,

Nikki
